    Lightbulb Photograph - Nickelback

So one of the last times I was at a strip club in SF... one of my favorite dancers stripped to Photograph by Nickelback. Yes, I know totally random. But everytime I hear that song on the radio it totally reminds me of being at Centerfolds. The beat is really good and nice to strip to... (i tried it out on my pole). Now I'm thinking of dancing to it at another club. But I'm not too sure on what the other songs in the set should be. Please help!!

Ok hit me with the Cheese stick, but I like Nickelback. My suggestions: "How you remind me" (easy) or "Figured you out."

Start it off with Nickelback's Animals, go with Photograph second - set works great!

You're not alone, Maxi. I'm also one of the very few I know that never gets tired of hearing any of their songs. Very good choices.

Oh god im sick of hearing this song in SC's... thank god your in the states. But heres some ideas.
    Worthy To Say
    Animals
    Far Away
    Hold Out Your Hand
    Breathe
    Feeling Way To Damn Good
This Is How You Remind Me
    Too Bad
There is a girl at my club who ALWAYS dancing to Nickleback... i'll listen to her set tonight and post it.. there is a bunch of songs they have that are actually not to bad for dancing. But god they are overplayed in Strip Clubs(At least in Canada).
Seriously just type their name in Limewire and download some random songs you'll find something..

Ok I admit it I like Nickleback...
If you're gonna use them as an entire set I suggest using the shit you never hear: From the long road use track 10(Another hole in the head), from the state use track 10(Hold out your hand), and end with photograph

Hence me suggesting Worthy To Say etc... some of them are way overplayed... ie Photograph... I admit to dancing to it for awhile then EVERYONE danced to it. Im just the type of people though who likes dancing to stuff no one else does. So when you hear a song in the club people go 'must be shy' lol. Anyway good luck with your set.

Thanks everyone! But the whole set doesn't need to be Nickleback. I was mainly looking for other songs with the same kinda sound or like beat. Thanks!

Foo Fighters - Best Of You
Thornley - So Far So Good
    Anything by Stained
    Three Days Grace
    Linkin Park
    Shinedown

Not to hard to mix nickleback with anything... as long as your not going heavy like Rammstein or something.

Forget the set; just go GET THE NEW ALBUM!! I can't rave about it enough! here is my reviewH my God.
    So,they got a new drummer.
No, they got a new ATTITUDE.
Ignore the sappy; sounds-the-same-as-their-last-album songs like "Photograph" (I like it but; you know....) and check THESE babies out!!!NONE of these are slow except one.

Follow You Home--Recorded with Billy from ZZTopp (that's his guitar in the solo if you couldn't guess; and his low growly voice after) and the vocals Chad exibits reminds me of Cherone. Very good for club play (check out the lyrics....OOOOOh yeah)

Fight for All The Wrong Reasons--Great harmonies and rockin'; I love it for the lyrics ("It's kind of hard to leave when you're going down on me..."); if you have ever stayed with someone JUST for the sex this is your ANTHEM. Funny as hell.

Animals--same sorta theme; it's about two high school lovers being wild about sex and getting caught with their pants down...brings back memories ("then she said that's my dad outside the car!")

Savin' Me--(the slow one) this is supposedly Metallica-inspired; slower but heavy and again, I like the harmonies; could still get away with it in the club at the right time.

Next Contestant--IT"S ABOUT A STRIPPER so of course you have to listen and laugh. I HAVE to post these:
"I judge by what she's wearing
Just how many heads I'm tearing
Off of assholes coming on to her
Each night seems like it's getting worse
And I wish she'd take the night off
So I don't have to fight off
Every asshole coming on to her
It happens every night she works
They'll go and ask the DJ
Find out just what would she say
If they all tried coming on to her
Don't they know it's never going to work
They think they'll get inside her
With every drink they buy her
As they all try coming on to her
    This time somebody's getting hurt

    Here comes the next contestant

    [CHORUS]
Is that your hand on my girlfriend?
    Is that your hand?
I wish you'd do it again
I'll watch you leave here limping
I wish you'd do it again
I'll watch you leave here limping
    There goes the next contestant

    I even fear the ladies
They're cool but twice as crazy
Just as bad for coming on to her
Don't they know it's never going to work
Each time she bats an eyelash
    Somebody's grabbing her ass
Everyone is coming on to her
    This time somebody's getting hurt

    Here comes the next contestant

    [CHORUS]

    I'm hating what she's wearing
    Everybody here keeps staring
Can't wait 'til they get what they deserve
    This somebody's getting hurt

    Here comes the next contestant

    [CHORUS]
I wish you'd do it again
Each night seems like it's getting worse
I wish you'd do it again
    This somebody's getting hurt

    There goes the next contestant"

    Ya see?

Side Of A Bullet--ok; THIS one is the one that got my respect. Seems they have been hanging out with Pantera for awhile;and when Darryll was killed they wrote a song about it. INCREDIBLE. His (Dimebag's) brother gave them a guitar solo of his to use in the song; and N's drummer and guitarist stepped up to the task mightily. Sorry, I am unabashadly in LOVE with this song.

Someone That You're With--quite less heavy but fast; fun; and very energetic. Always good to try.

Rockstar--another good club song;about a girl who loves the band----a great bet!

There are only 3 other songs on the album; my girlfriend loves Far Away but I'm just not in the mood for it right now. First album in ages I will go out and get the WHOLE THING. If they don't get a Grammy I will be very dissapointed (even as rigged and stupid as the Grammys are...)

    Have fun darlin's!

I'm sorry, but I'm so sick of "Photograph" by Nickelback! I don't hear it much at work, but all the radio stations around here feel the need to play it every 10 minutes. If I hear "Photograph" or "My Humps" one more time, I think I'm gonna go insane! I like a couple of Nickelback's songs though. "Someday" is my favorite, but that was way overplayed too when it first came out.

I actually kind of hate nickleback--because all the songs I've ever heard from them are overplayed and remind me of an ex who was such a sissy about being dumped.
BUT--a friend was playing their cd in her car, and I have to say--I'm really impressed with the songs that AREN'T on the radio...so I plan on giving them a chance for the songs that I haven't heard eight billion times.
