So, I won and paid for an auction on 12/22/05. After an email or two to the seller, no response until 1/05/06. Then it's just, oh, I had an emergency and I couldn't send anything out, but I'm sending it right now. I waited 5 more days and then filed a complaint with PayPal. PayPal refunded my money on 01/18/06 almost a full month after the payment was originally made. The package came on that same day (or maybe I picked it up yesterday...I don't remember). Anywho, I was going to PayPal back the money since I ended up receiving the package. Well, I jump online and find a email from the seller threatening to leave negative feedback and going to PayPal and reporting me. WTF? I did what I needed to do to save my own hide. Anyways, I wrote her back and said that SHE was the one who was at fault. That SHE should have communicated more...she couldn't "prove" that the package was sent (no tracking numbers, no DC, nothing).Sorry, I'm just really fucking annoyed. I have perfect feedback and pay for my stuff the day the auction is over. I'm going to be pissed if she leaves me negative feedback.
