So i've been on this kick of drinking 2 redbulls before work and in the course of a night at least 2 more.
The calories are insane! 110 per can ! I've tried the sugar free but every single time I drink the sugar free I get odd panic attacks, numbness on one side of my body and I get very dizzy. Not sure if it's an added chemical in the sugar free or what. But its' no longer an option to drink the stuff.
Im guessing my calorie intake is at least 2000 right now and I perfer it to be at 1200. with my redbulls that leaves like .. 800 calories for 3 meals.
I can drink other brands on my day off. On my days at work, I have to drink redbull since Im sneaking it in ( we aren't allowed to buy it and bring it in . They want us to purchase it there. ) Because I need to throw it away when I'm done, I need it to be the same brand as they carry for energy drinks.
But ladies, I've never EVER weighted over 125 lbs without being pregnant. Im at 130 and my eating habits have NOT changed. So im going to blame it on the damn redbull.
Is there anything I can take for energy that wont completely make my stomach upset?
I've never taken diet pills before, so im a bit freaked as a lot of girls complain about sweating and having to crap about every 10 minutes. neither one of those side effects are an option for me lol at least not on my days at work.
