    Default putting outfits together....ideas, please?

    I now have:

three lovely strapless corsets (red, black and white...usually selling for $60 each, marked down to $5!)

a pair of black "booty shorts" with a narrow line of black netting going up both sides

    standard black fishnets

plenty of g-strings (burgundy, red, white, black)

a bra-and-g-string set (pink with black lace and two little black bows on the bra)

a flowy little white skirt that's mainly white gauze with a lycra under-lair (perfect for the innocent-but-not-really look that i love )

    Clear stiletto platforms

    knee-high black platform boots

(as luck would have it, I had most of this lying around the house already, mainly from attending World Inferno concerts in full dress )

    ******************************************

    I'm thinking I also need:

    a tube dress or two

a bra or two (perhaps a white lacy push-up and one in black as well)

    some kind of wrap top

    a classic schoolgirl skirt ^_^

I'm not quite sure about putting an outfit together though. How much am I supposed to wear when onstage or hustling for dances? just a tube dress and thong? Booty shorts and some kind of translucent wrap top (and thong)? Or am i supposed to wear a bra in addition to whatever top or dress i might be wearing?
Could I go in wearing booty shorts or a skirt with just a bra as my top?

I'm thinking of wearing a plaid schoolgirl kilt with just a white lacy bra...but it would probably be more complete with an open, altered, midriff-bearing white oxford..hmmm.

And the most important question of all...what sort of bottom would go with a corset?!

    Ideas would be most appreciated.

For right now, sounds like you have more than enough. Figure out what type of style you want to have. For example, girls at my club usually wear bra tops/booty shorts...I myself don't own ANY! The whole point of standing out is trying to not look like everyone else.

Most girls at my club don't wear bras, but some do and do it quite well.

I'd say stick with what you have for the moment. Once you get a sense for what works well on you in the club, what's overdone, what guys eat up with a spoon, then invest in some more wardrobe.

Like for me, I started out with just three gowns (I'm at a gown club), three sets of jewelry, two pairs of shoes and a bunch of thongs. I've discovered that (1) lace-up bits just make me get tangled up, (2) anything that accentuates my neck is a good thing, and (3) guys seem to like it more when I'm exotic/slightly S&M/give them a hard time.

So my purchases have been a rhinestone collar with a slave ring, a new gown with a flowy eyecatching skirt and a simple neckline, thigh-high lace-up boots, and a supershort vinyl dress.
If I'd been just guessing and trying to fill out my wardrobe before I got there, I probably would have purchased a lot more dud outfits.
Since you've got the makings of several outfits (booty shorts, boots, corset; set + skirt; white thong, skirt, and corset; red corset with black thong underneath fishnets and red thong on top of fishnets or just red thong under fishnets), go with that for the moment. Once you figure out what works well for you, then start investing in some more wardrobe.

Though it is worth remembering that dancer thongs and your typical VS panties are fairly different. Dancer thongs have the back coverage of very low-rise "normal" thongs (they'll cover everything if you bend over, but just barely), but the front coverage is kinda racy (I have to trim my bush pretty agressively to make sure it doesn't try to freak anyone out). Some of the thongs you buy at normal stores will be skimpy enough so you don't look out of place, but most of the thongs that I have in my panty drawer at home make me feel like a total prude if I try to wear them to work. All the more skin that they're covering is towards my stomach and lower back and hips (oh wow, the sides of your hips, how erotic! :: eye roll :: ), but it still makes me feel like I'm wearing granny panties to a hot date or something.

Oh, and the schoolgirl thing? Very overdone in some clubs. Either make sure that it isn't too overdone, or give it a new twist. I like doing the gothy/punky/mean girl school girl with heavy eye makeup, fishnets under the shirt, miniscule skirt and big boots. It's not innocent at all, so maybe not your thing, but I seem to do better when I scare the customers just a little bit.
Maybe you could play up the innocent/clueless schoolgirl thing and do stuff like skip just a little, bend over to pick stuff up and flash your panties but play like you don't know you're doing it (and act surprised and a little embarassed when a customer comments on it). . .

Anyway, sorry about the essay here, maybe I shouldn't have caffeine this time of night.

Best of luck, and it sounds like you're already pretty darn prepared -- better than I was, that's for sure!

I agree that you have more than enough stuff to last you for a while. Check out what other girls wear and then get more stuff. Get some stuff that's different from what the other girls wear so that you'll stand out, but also get some stuff that you know will work for sure in the club you're at.

As for how much I wear on stage, it depends on how busy it is and how many songs I'm up there for. I work in a fully nude club, so if I'm dancing to 3 songs, I'll usually wear 3 items of clothing (top, skirt, thong), so I have something to take off during each song, and by the third song I'm nude. If it's busy and the tip row is full, then I'll either wear less, or just take the clothes off faster.
