Default Shifts @ Scores Las Vegas

Okay, so i flew out and auditioned last friday and they hired me. Except the house mom said they need "openers". Meaning i have to show up at 5pm. I was told that i can stay as long as i want, just as long as i show up a 5pm sharp. That is of no interest to me. 5pm?! No way. Why would they schedule me to open? I'm a 10. Perfect body, perfect boobs, perfect face, and young. I know it sounds cocky, but its all true.
For all of the girls currently at scores... how do i solve this problem?

what the house mom says goes. Her word is gold to management. Maybe if you talk to a manager about it they *might* be able to over ride her, but they usually agree with what she says. And the club does need girls there early. Maybe if you work a few shifts you cn start arriving there later and later and eventually not be an "opener". We have a ton of night shift girls so they truly need the new girls to be put on that shift. Sucks, but the early bird can most often times get the worm.

    Good luck to you.

On Friday there were hardly any girls on night shift. I saw the list on the computer and it said 60 girls were working and that was at 3am. And as far as the house moms go, to just be frank about it: they were really trashy. Everytime i went into the dressing room they were badmouthing the DJ or a Dancer. I thought there nasty attitudes were really unprofessional. I guess i had higher expectations for Scores house moms.

I agree that the housemoms at Scores can be very intimidating at first, but they are really nice ladies once you get to know them. They put up with a lot of $hit and have a lot of responsibility. They also see literally hundreds of girls come and go. If you start working regular shifts, don't cause problems, and work hard, Scores is an awesome place to work!

I agree with 1FitStripperChick... Try working for a week during the assigned shift. Introduce yourself to all of the employees, especially the housemoms, floor hosts, and management. Make sure they notice that you work hard and you are a "team player". After that week, politely ask the housemom(s) if you can start coming in a little later (or even ask if you can work the 2am-8am shift if you are more of a night owl). If you've made a good impression, I'm sure they'll be willing to work with you.

One more thing: In a big club like Scores, there is definately a hierarchy in the "dancer pool". You can't expect to walk in and start making demands, or expect to get the best shifts, on your first night/week/month. You have to understand that there are lots of girls who've been loyal to this club for years and those girls do (and should) get preferential treatment. Even if you are a "10", you have to pay your dues in this job and in this life. Learn it, accept it, and use it to your advantage once you've put it your time.

I don't see the problem if it's for a week or so. It makes you look like a team player, not a primadonna. Nobody wants to work with a girl that things she's better than anyone else!
