Okay ladies, wondering about your educated opinions...
Is it better money to be the hottest girl at an okay club or an average girl at a top club (where all the girls are 8-10 in looks)?
Thanks!
Sophia

I would try both of them and see what one you're happiest at and make the most money at.
I'm working at a smaller, average club, and I love it. Both scenarios for you could be good or bad: If you work at an average club and you have above average looks, you will draw a lot of attention, and you could make tons of money, but on the other hand, if you're a lot better looking than the other girls, some guys could be more intimidated by you. If you work in a bigger club with tons of great looking girls, you could make more money because there may be more customers than a smaller, average club, but there will be a lot more competition for you to deal with.
Personally, I prefer being a big fish in a small pond, but I've never worked at a club that had more than 12 girls working, so who knows how much I would like a bigger club. I'm just going with what I know, and it can be great working in an average club with good looks.

I have worked at a variety of clubs. Some with 50 to 100 girls, and others with 4-7. There is no definitive answer here. I think what most girls need to do is not be afraid to "experiment" with different club formats and locations.
The bottom line here is the amount of business a club has and the "momentum" or energy it has. Meaning:
Are the dances fullfilling enough without involving sexual activity (no air dances) where guys will choose to buy them, and in multiples?
Are the guys accustomed to being approached non stop for dances and conversation so that every time they visit the club they "expect" to have to buy dances and tip on stage?
Working in a club with a ton of girls if the number of dancers consistently exceeds the customer count is no piece of cake, and can be stressful for a dancer looking to make steady liveable and saveable income.
Working in a smaller club with a controlled amount of dancers, (let's say 5-10) can be beneficial "if" the guys are comfortable with the dances and spend money on them without too much pulling teeth.
But a smaller club where dances are not in demand that lacks momentum will offer bad income for even the best looking friendliest hustler.
Your personality and selling skills if your looks are better than the competition can make the low self esteem customer feel comfortable with you. In a bigger club with more attractive dancers if your looks are less than the competition, and you possess good hustling and selling skills and are very friendly, those attributes can allow you to be a 7 and consistently outsell a 9. of course proper application of makeup, and a high maintenance look can aid here too.
You just have to experiment with various club formats in various markets both rural and urban, and put in 4-5 days in each type of club, to see what works best for you. Whatever you discover, stick with it.![]()

Looks alone will not cut it. But generally, the hottest chick in a 2 star club will make the most money on the block if she's got a good talk and a good walk...Originally Posted by Sophia81

Depends on the clubs. I've done the top girl in a little club thing, and sometimes I make a ton of money. Other times, there's too much drama, to much scheduling strictness, and not enough clientelle. Same thing with the bigger clubs... sometimes they're low stress cause there's no schedule and you can go in and bank... but when it gets slow it's cut throat hustling makes you feel like shit.
I like being a middle fish in a middle sized pond, so to speak.
The big box clubs are way too big for me, and the HITW are usually too small and cheesy.
I like my above average MOTR club. I am above average there and I am happy. It is honestly one of the best clubs I have ever worked at.

hottest in average.
I prefer the big fish in small pond.... Im sure Ill be in for a big surprise if I ever get my a** to Vegas...
The competition invigorated me. I enjoyed working with my peers. When men see lots of hot women working hard, they want to spend, for the most part.
After working in good clubs for a while, I went back to kind of a shitty club for a few days when they had a feature dancer. Once she was gone, all the ugly dancers and cheap customers came back, and I wasn't able to make money. I had become too snooty, and they could sense it. Give me a top club anyday, and I will be right up there with the implanted honeys (well, not anymore, LOL!)
