I recently started including daily doses of pure, unrefined, virgin coconut oil into my diet, and I have to say I've been pretty impressed with the effects. It has cut out my sweet cravings, gives me a feeling of satiety longer after meals, and I have also lost a couple of pounds. Apparently, there are numerous health benefits to this food, and it does many other good things for the body besides promoting weight loss.

yes, I am a 54 year old soccer mom haha) about it, but I didn't know there were pills available.
