What works, what doesn't? Color, amount, etc.
I don't want to put something on, and then find out that it glows.
Suggestions, ideas, tips, etc., are great.
Thanks so much!

never heard of makeup flowing under black lights... white shadow may if theres a LOT of black lights. just do your normal "bar/club" makeup ... and play around with it...
My rule of thumb- the darker the lights, the darker the makeup. Blacklights don't really affect makeup, but if the lights in the club are darker, then apply your makeup a little darker so it shows more. I'm not saying totally pile it on, but apply it darker than you normally would.
Thanks so much!

Here's a suggestion for you. Items glow unde a blacklight due to phosphors in the material responding to the bandwidth of that light otherwise known as "blacklight". This is why sometimes you can have articles of clothing that will glow in a club because some detergents contain phospherous material in them.
There are some makeups on the market that have such phospherous material in them but they are usually only available around Holloween and are of pretty low quality. One idea for you is to get a product called "Wildfire". Wildfire comes in different materials such as paint or water-soluable liquid, but it is designed specifically to respond VERY heavily to blacklight. My suggestion would be to get a pint of this and dillute it in water and then mix it with a bit of your makeup. It's not meant to be digested, but it's non-toxic so it won't hurt you. Keep in mind, 1 pint can be dilluted into hundreds of gallons of water and still be at maximum strength so use this stuff in VERY small amounts and you'll get a massive effect. My suggestion would be to get the Invisible/Blue Wildfire as it has no color when normal lights are on but hit it with a blacklight and you glow like neon. Here is a link to their site where you can order it:
