So I gave myself a pretty good dose of whiplash yesterday. I was being a jackass at practice and jumped into an outfield (I'm an infielder) diving drill (they were practicing figure fours). SOOO, me with my huge brain, runs and dives headfirst and landed towards the end of the mat (I made the catch though) and my neck snapped down really hard. It hurts like a mofo. Any of y'all know how to loosen it up?![]()
