[QUOTE=but I dealt with some kind of anti-American crap over there every single day. I didn't let it get to me and I loved living there; would've stayed if I could! ..[/QUOTE]

Why do you think you were treated like that? I guess you loved it more than you hated it because you say you would've stayed there.

Pamela, I worked in Club Royale for a period of time and the earnings were not that great. Yes, the club is expensive (entry and dances cost a helluva lot) but the business didn't flow so well. I kept finding that at most, only a handful of customers were coming to the club. On top of that, I wasn't so comfortable doing the massages and whatnot that was on the menu; although I didn't have to, if I didn't it was harder to make money.

But that was a few years ago. Is it better? Are there good times in the year to work? I heard that Gothenburg is actually better than Stockholm for stripping (I wouldn't be surprised - more vibrant nightlife ther IMHO), should I try there? I would like to go back to Sweden but only if I have a trustworthy source that I can make good money in one of its cities!

Malibu...a serious question now...where the hell was that place???? Ive been in many places around EU and sorry but HELL NO!!!! when did this job become such a hell hole???? OR should i say WHEN did it stop being an ART???????????
    Massages???? WTF???
I'm working in this great club in Belgium, it's a topless strip only, the boss is great, the cheapest drink is 50euro for a glass of bubbly, AND THE ONLY FULL STRIP IS IF THEY PAY MORE THAN 480euro for a bottle! and that is not a hAVE to ...thats if you WANT to!!!! Don't get me wrong, i've been into clubs with rooms and shit b4....and i dont disrespect anyone that does it...but i never would....

Can i ask a question....do you work for an agency? And is it THEM that are sending you to these hell holes???

Which clubs have you all worked in in Sweden? Seems like the market is good over there. How much did you average pr. night?
And I've always wondered about the structure of European clubs. As I can understand it, tipping isn't usually involved, the men pays by buyign drinks. Anyone who can explain that system a little for me, I simply don't get it.

if you want to know how things work in the EU have a look here...

this has alot of info, just click on a job....and as for the tipping part...you can get tips over here but you gotta know how. guys will generally prefer to buy you a cheap bottle of bubbly then give you the rest in cash. and half of the clubs what happens is that after you've been on stage you go round and give the guys a quick dance for a tip...no touching envolved!!!

Because I'm American and nothing more. Let's think about it; there are some Americans who treat foreigners here like crap, have a horrible attitude toward them just because of their nationality (not ethnicity). So since people are people where ever you go, it's not so hard to imagine Europeans or others disliking Americans just because of our nationality. As I said I had plenty of friends and buddies so I wasn't hurting socially. And yeah, I said I liked it, never said I hated it.

I don't know if it's a better club. But earnings depend on (as you know) how much you will provide. I was a contact dancer. Massages did not bother me, i just was not going to go to a room and fuck! That seems to be the going in Sweden. Club Royale was the best known. But remember many who danced escorted for the club as well!

    Good luck,

    Pamela

There are less US and Canadian girls working in London now than in the 1980s, I don't know why. It may be the visas though another thing I was told was that the Canadian clubs would not employ anybody over 25 then so once they hit that age many used to come to the UK !

Hiya there! I've checked out strip-magazine.com but are still yet to fill in an application. I'm toying with the idea of dancing in Europe. I'm thinking Paris or Berlin maybe.... I am an Australian who is married to an EU citizen so i am legal to work wherever my husband goes. Could you maybe give me some advice as to where the best money would be? I'm looking at going in about 3 months time.......?Thanks much!

    do not go to greece : in diamonds and pearsl Crete , the dance is 12 minutes long;

customer pays E 20 and you get E 5 of it (about $6!!!FOR 12 MNUTES!!!) . in 3 months i worked there i made about 10k which is shitty money compared to USA, and i was one of the top earners there.they gave accomodation but it was in a pigeonhole hotel with no hot water and terrorist - looking guys living in the next room banging at the dancers door late night ....... hours were also ridiculous... start 11 pm and finish at 7 am...

naomisantos is manager there and she s the girlfriend of the son of the owner so she tries to get dancers by saying the club is great, and would be just ok if you are gonna do a working vacation, but not more. u get like E 70 /night salary tho, but hey ,i can make that in one hour in the USA. so on a very good night u might go home with 200 euro -- in $ about 240...but is a rare event and you have to fight off drunk greek men who think they r entitled to suck yr nipples and grab yr crotch bcs they paid E 20. and also u have to talk alot to get them to buy a dance... no wanna dance kind of work...lots of chatting... ew.
london is huge number of girls and the cost of living is ridiculous..
east EU girls are lowering the clean dancer s incomes...as Scarlett said above
overall EU is on the 200- 300 $ range p/night , higher in London but gets leveled by the cost of living, comparable to Tokio or NYC.
Scandinavia is jack joints kind of work , Amsterdam... LOL!! dont even think about it... the prostitutes in the window s red light district will f**k & s**k for 50 EUROS!!!( 12 minutes fee!!if the dude dont finishes up he must run to the ATM and come back with another 50 EURO and pay again!)
but that s why most men would not buy a lapdance when such cheap bargain sex is available.

Paris has 3 US style clubs, Stringfellow's, Pink Paradise, and Hustler all recruit via the UK. Apart from that there are some sleazy places on the Pigalle plus the Crazy Horse which is more of a Vegas style show. I don't know anything about Berlin but I'd guess you will get a lot of Eastern European girls there and as brothels are legal I expect quite high " mileage".

If you are going to try London I'd recommend the strip pubs like Browns or the White Horse provided you can do a decent stage show.

Not all true. I worked in Norway for a year and Iceland too - you have to pick your clubs carefully thats all. I know of at least 3 clubs in Oslo that didnt offer extras.. Blaze, String Show Bar, Diamonds.

Netherlands is a bit difficult to find a 'normal' club without extras offered, sweden is as described by Pamela (plus the dildo peep shows). Denmark forget it - all brothels, Finland not very modern - two clubs i think but not so busy.

Of course i could be a little out of date but it wasnt that long ago i was there..!

Also Spain is 99.8% brothels. But Ibiza, Majorca & Malaga do have some nice dancing-only clubs that are worth visiting.
