I never cheered but I would hang out with the cheerleaders to pick up my moves... Even have a back tuck now. So i guess that makes me a groupie not a cheerleader.
No, I never danced/cheered.
I was a cheerleader.
I was in drill team/step/flag.
I did/currently do some form of dance other than stripping (ballet, tap, jazz, etc...)

i did it when i was a kid. i wish i'd done it in hs, but i was "going through a phase". from what i saw, the stuff at my hs was no more complicated than the stuff i'd done when i was younger.
No dance training, no cheer, nothing. I wanted to do cheer but we were really poor when I was younger and couldnt afford it. When it got to the point of us having money I was already she school outcast and wouldnt try for cheer because I was too scared of repercussions.

I always wanted to be a cheerleader! My parents forced me to play musical instruments (bleh) and so I was on the icky marching band for years then I quit junior year of high school. I was always jealous of pageantry (the girls who march in the front and twirl the pretty flags and throw the wooden rifles).
I am however trained in ballet and traditional dancing from my native country.
LOL me too.....mostly gymnastics for 6 years...dance team,cheerleader,tap,jazz,ballet,areobics,step etc,working out.
oh and i forgot t mention....swimwear contests(hawaiian tropic, venus swimwear,wet t shirt,hot body contest,etc,etc..calendars,modeling/acting
Serious professional ballet training from puberty on, graduated from a highly respected conservatory with a BFA in dance, spent my adult life thus far as a classically trained modern dancer.
And made more money in my first few weeks stripping than I did in my entire modern dance career. Anyone surprised?

I too was a cheerleader! I know atleast two other strippers that were cheerleaders xD sometimes I refer to my job as that.
❤️
Yes I cheered my entire life up until 18 and at 19 I began stripping.
My sister (who also was a cheerleader/stripper) used to say that cheerleaders are just strippers in training
I was also in cheerleading. Ha! This thread is great.
I never was a cheerleader. I was such a shy loner in school and the cheereleaders were not nice to me so it never crossed my mind to even want to try. My sister was a cheereleader at one time and she also danced.

I actually had always wanted to cheer just never did it.

Oh, no way. My parents never would’ve allowed that. Surprisingly, they did allow me to play field hockey, even attended games with my sister. I wanted to play basketball, but when you’re under 5’, well…
If anything, the catalyst to me stripping would’ve been the time I spent doing go-go dancing, and maybe having worked at Tilted Kilt and Hooters. I started doing pole dance when I was 18, but I don’t really feel like that influenced me in any way.
