    Diet- Sunday to Thursday
    Boost 360 W/ Breakfast

    Steak 4 slices of buttered toast W/ jelly and Scrambled eggs
    or
    Bannana cut up in Cereal W/ whole milk (if you have no time or can't cook)


    Boost 360 W/ Lunch
    Subway Classic Italian BMT (450 calories)
    1 Cookie


    Boost 360 W/ Dinner
    Baked Chicken
    Rice and Gravy
    Greens and Cornbread

    Fridays and Saturdays
    I hit the resturants hard :-)

    The workout you see was week one for me. I created it by walking around the gym with pen and pad and finding the machines that worked the muscles I wanted bigger or toned. It has been two months now, I have and plan to increase every weight by 10 pounds every 2 months. The workout is fun for me, I go to the gym with my checklist and reward myself with smoothies when I complete it each day. Personal trainers annoy me at gyms so thats why I made my own strict plan.

    They annoy me too. There is one that keeps comming to me telling me I don't do this and this right and bla bla bla leave me the **** alone I'm comming here to train not to be bugged by people. If I don't do something right my boyfriend will tell me I don't need his help.

    4 real, they act like you want to pay them to make you sweat and push you past your limits. i made my workout so i wouldnt be sore this jerk PT had it where i couldn't go to work 4 days. i go to the gym for me,myself and i time, no one else exist when i'm working out and i love that feeling.

    i had some scrawny little turd tell me i wasn't doing something right in the gym the other day. can you imagine? i'm a national level bodybuilder and fitness model. he got his personal training certificate in the mail or something, lol.

    SBE, those are a lot of reps. Are you sure you aren't overdoing it a tad?

    I found that lot of reps with light-ish weights are good to tone. However, I prefer to build muscle and for this I normally do fewer reps but with heavier weights. I do my repetitions very slowly to increase the resistance and this way, I feel I effectively achieve muscle, sweat like a little piggy and my muscles feel the burn - in a good way of course! The best point for me is that my sessions rarely exceed 1.5 hours and I still leave feeling great. How long do you stay in the gym to do your session?

    I also do a lot of cardio and stretches to keep the fat off and to prevent myself from becoming too bulky. My love at the moment is joining in the exercise classes organised by the gym if I'm screwed for time on any given day. They motivate me, allow me to do a structured workout in a short time and are so much fun!

    You have to understand that is the way they make thier money.Just like strippers, if I want a dance i'll come get you.I know you work here.ps I used to be a trainer but I listened to the client-& I wasn't a little turd.

    I stay at the gym about 2 hours . I try to do whats needed for my body type :-) low reps and light weights don't change much for me. I eat WAY too much to do that.

    I guess that's a fair point. I just looked over your diet again. I don't eat that much in a day so it seemed a lot of exercise to keep your weight stable, at least it seemed so for me.

    Star is that back extension weight what you started off at? Have you had any problems with your back at that weight? Just curious...for some reason I can't go above 90 or my back will be killing me when I try to sleep. My prob with the trainers at my gym is that most of them are fat and/or out of shape! My narrow minded thinking is if they know so much about how to be in top shape, why aren't they?

    LOL :-) Candy Apple i never go above 80 pounds on that back machine but it never makes my back hurt. None of my exercises make me hurt afterwards. I hit the sauna and stretch before and after my workout . I know thats weird but it works for me :-)


    Malibu I come from a long line of overweight chefs :-) I have to have a hard workout because I LOVE to eat... i've gained 10 pounds in a week once while being lazy.
