    Default custie run-in

I'm sitting at a local coffeeshop, studying with friends, and there is a customer who is ALWAYS in the club with his wife eating dinner (it's a nice coffeeshop). He's literally 2 tables over and one across from me and won't stop STARING at me.

How many of you have been in this situation before? It's not too awkward for me, he's the one here with his wife (they're an older couple, and she looks like a stuck up meanie-of-a-wife). Hah, sucka. I should go over and say hello. He always just sits at the bar and watches the show without spending any money, so no one really has anything to lose except the bar.

If he's a freeloader, dude, go say hello! Tell him you really enjoyed that VIP and you're so glad the managers didn't catch you. Hope you can do it again. *wink, wink*

LOL! ^^ That's pretty much what I was thinking. I don't think I could've helped saying something. Revenge against the freeloaders!!

Oh, hell yeah. If he was a freeloader, I would. I'd act as trashy as I possibly could and leave absolutely no doubt in his wife's mind that I'd blown him in VIP. Might as well go whole hog. One less freeloader, I always say!

They left a little bit ago and his wife gave me a GLARING once over. He was OBVIOUSLY looking at me, she once turned around and looked at me too while he was staring. Sheesh. I wish I had balls to go say something to him. Ah well.

Ha ha... she probably just thought he was checking you out. All the more reason you should've gone over to say hello. I bet he never takes her to that coffee shop ever again though!

Go fig.

Agreed!! I wouldnt want that to happen to me if I was out on a date or something and a custy came up and said "hello"... There are a few custys that I will talk to if I bump into them outside of work... I frequent a lot of bars on the same block... And I see them all the time which is nice since they often will pick up my checks...

Other than that... Ignore me please... And I will ignore you too... Life seems simpler that way... I prefer anonymity OTC... Especially from a free-loader...
Who cares if they stare, I can ignore them, if it was that obvious I'm sure his wife will notice and give him the proper lashing... I would at least if the situation was reversed...

Spider House is pretty good, and they don't serve dinner AFAIK.

There was a young regular guy i had that came in every saturday and got one VIP dance from me for like 3 months, then i went to walmart one evening with my two children and her friend, and he saw me and said Heidi, of course i looked up,he came running over to my car, "Oh my god, you are really" then looks at all the kids and looked at me funny, then i said "yes there all mine" . A true Kodak moment!!! Aahhhhhmmmm, never seen him again...thank goodness for that...

To the original poster, I would have at least smiled and waved to piss off his wife more, or maybe just flipped him off. Blah. That is an annoying situation!

I've only danced a few times and I swear I saw a guy who had come up to tip me on stage and just ogled me forever like a perv when I went to Denny's one day. he was with this old wrinkled up woman (guess his wife?) so I guess that's why he ogled so much. It sort of freaked me that I've hardly even danced and saw this guy again.

I can't study at spiderhouse. I am too easily distracted by the scenester crowd and find myself incessantly giggling instead of studying.

How about FlightPath, or Dolce, or Austin Java? Me, I can never study at the coffeeshops for more than a few minutes, too ADD and distracted myself!

I actuall just had an incident at school...Everyone(the regulars mainly) at work knows what shool I go to..I was so excited when I got accepted I told everyone. Well this guy I have had a as a custie for 8 years on and off, came in and was real aggressive with me and propsed with a ring and all! It was the ugliest cheapest ring i have EVER seen in my life. Well I told him no and left work that night and didnt see him for almost a month. WELL...last monday I am walking out of school to go to lunch with the girls from schhol and who is standing outside of the door???!?!?!?! I couldnt believe it! He came to give me a movie and a necklace..ugh. Then wanted to go to lunch with us!!!!! I reported him to security and also made a police report on him. It was so creepy. Like how did he know when my classes were, where they were..like which building and how did he know I would be leaving at that time? And the fucked up thing is that day I got out early. So who knows how long he was waiting there or how long he would have.. It is really freaky.

And I am the same way about being nervous around people in school...every time i have to get in front of them and give a presentation, I am sweating, shaking, messing up my words.... but I have gotten naked for how many gazillion of men with no prob?!?!?

That's pretty scary, Philly. Reason number 82 on a really big list of reasons that I'm glad I go to a giant school.

I have seen heaps of people who look like guys I've danced for.(whether they were or not is a different story) I certainly wouldn't want one of them coming up and slobbering all over me in front of my family, and I'm pretty sure that my husband would have a violent reaction also. Treat others how you wish to be treated without a doubt.

Leave the guy alone, don't look at him, don't bother him.

To all the dancers saying some things like introduce yourself, lie and/or flirt with him. He's not harming her at all by just sitting there and not buying anything. You're advocating actually fucking up the poor guy's life. Bit over the top and uncalled for eh? I swear every-time I visit this site I find someting that kills whatever desire I had to go to the club.

Guy's perspective: Yes he's a dick for freeloading, but it's not worth potentially screwing up his whole life. And if you need a selfish reason not to do it; the guy's a regular (albeit a freeloader), so who's to say he won't report what you did to management? Why risk your job over an asshole?
