    Default Bunions...?

Hi guys, I'm new here, and I don't mean to be a pain in the ass by starting a new thread, but I couldn't find one in the search thingy. I am a former ballet dancer who is looking to get into the business, but I have a hardcore bunion problem. Any suggestions on how to work around this in 7 inch heels? Thanks!

Hmm. See a foot doctor for treatment and just shop around until you find a shoe that's comfortable.

    Good luck.

I have bunions too, and yes after a long day dancing in tall ass shoes, your poor feet are gonna hurt and possibly cramp, massage your feet alot and do excerises with them to help strengthen and limber up the foot muscles. no tall shoe is gonna be comfortable after 6 hours, try to get some pottasium in your diet everyday also to help prevent cramping (added benifit, pottasium also helps prevent those painful calve muscle cramps)
