But herein lies the 'slippery slope' effect. If several dancers in a club are willing to do this, it then gives these dancers a 'leg up on the competition' (no pun intended). In other words, if any dancer in the club chooses to do this, it will potentially have a financial impact on her own earnings but also on the earnings potential of every other girl in the club.
