Default Ladies-- any advice/stories about stretch marks/losing weight?

Hello ladies-- I have a question for you all.

I formerly weighed around 105# and I'm 5'9". I wasn't anorexic, I am just really active and uber-hyper, and I am partly Latin, so I have small bones. I got really sick about a year ago and spent a bunch of time in bed, which caused me to gain about 30 pounds. Therefore, I went from a small b cup to a c, and got quite the plethora of stretch marks on my butt, which got bootylicious.

Will my butt tighten up if I lose weight, and what can I do about the stretch marks?

Also, regarding my breasts, will they go back to hove they were if I lose weight-- will they get perkier and will the aereolas get smaller again? (My breasts are still perky and my aereolas aren't huge, but they are maybe 50% bigger than they were-- maybe a little larger than quarters.)

I loved my small breasts and the fact that there was little saggage. I guess I'm weird, lol. In any case, I've lost weight before and my body seemed to go back to normal, but that was a long time ago and I was kid, so I don't remember that much and woould appreciate any replies if anyone has gained weight and then lost it. I might go back to dancing, and I want my body to be perfect.

Finally, my stretch marks are fairly innocuous (I'm pasty white and they are a little whiter than the rest of me)-- will they affect my dancing?

Thank you so much for all of your help!

Thanks for the reply. Actually, Even my GP doc told me I need to lose weight. I have a bad back (hurt it in a riding accident), so the extra weight (especially in the boobs-- the weigh like 5 pounds each now! 8-D), is not good for me. It also makes my periods worse-- I guess it ups the homones. In a way, it's fun having curves like this, but it's not worth the drag on my health. I just want to know what I can expect if I lose the weight, and how the stretch marks will affect me if I go back to dancing.

    Thanks

One of our highest earners was a tiny young mum, and has really bad stretchmarks, yet does well.
I also have bad stretchmarks, I was sick as a child, so puberty was repressed, then when I got better (aged 12) I had a massive growth spurt, grew20cms taller, went from 35-40 kg (I was very ill) to 70kg and went from poached eggs to a D cup over 6 months. (I actually have joint problems from growing too quickly now!)

So marks on boobs, and hips are really prominant in day light but in the dark club, with a fake tan you cant barely see them.

Stretchmarks are no big deal, fake tan can help cover, but to be honest in a dark club, you really cant see any marks.

Can use Vitamin E or Biooil but I dont use much on mine thesedays and they seem to fade on their own- only get enraged if I gain or loose weight very quickly!

You should try Palmers Cocoa Butter on the stretch marks, it will gradually fade them.I've tried Vitamen E Before, and I think the cocoa butter works a little better.

Pure Coconut Oil is the best thing for the prevention of stretch marks.

Retina can help with stretch marks as it cause the same collagen boostin effect as it does for wrinkles. However, it takes a life time to see improvements. I put it on with my moisturizer, so maybe by the time I am 80 I will be stretch mark free! LOL!

But I have seen girls dance and bank with mega stretch marks. The lights hide alot. You'll be fine.
