Hello ladies,
Well I have been dancing for about a month and I must say the money is fabulous but I have become so tired all the time. I used to work out 5 days a week but barely make it to the gym about 3 times a week. I am in pretty good shape and I use the excuse that work itself is an intense work out. I am just scared to blimp out because it took so much work to get the body that i have now. Have any of you gone through the same thing? Should I just suck it up and work out a little more? Also my appetite has skyrocketted since I started dancing so I am eating constantly throughout the day.
