Try to stretch when you're just sitting in front of the TV or have nothing to do...that way you don't have to set aside a specific time to stretch or anything (or that's what I do).





I'm not very flexible at all. Thankfully, long legs looking even longer in 6" heels will give the illusion of flexibility to some extent. I do strecth regularly after workouts and take yoga classes, but I don't strive to get my feet behind my ears.
After dancing for a little while (especially doing floorwork) you begin to limber-up a lot. Stretch a little before you start working. I didn't even realize it was happening and then one day I could do the splits, it blew my mind.
