I'd love to have this abs - but how?

I just love this model's abs!

I don't know her name, you may have seen her on several websites.
Just a line on your middle of stomach, I think it looks better than six pack (just my preference)

Pease help me out how to build that line!

Ok first go get pics taken by a pro with good lighting, then get him to airbrush the shadows anyones normal abs would have. Anyone with the right pics can look like that. Be happy with what you look like. Plus it looks like she had rib removal.

Please... don't base your reality on a picture that has probably been airbrushed and/or photoshopped. However check this girl out for a sensible way to achieve a better body:

OMG please don't be asking because you want it. BAs are one thing but rib removal is too far. Most females in acting have had it done so they look slimmer. Rees Witherspoon had it done.

Posture, Posture, Posture!!!! She looks like that because she's standing up straight. She also has a little extra weight so when she stands up straight, it ends up looking like that instead of a six pack. I know, I have a bit of extra weight in the tummy area, but when I stand up straight it looks just like that. Most of the time we think that we're fat because we're slouching!

You can do all sort of things with photoshop these days. You can crop your waist or thighs to make them look smaller and airbrush to get a flawless appearance as mentioned. Working out and eatting healthy are the main ways to lose weight and tone up your body. Pilates works wonders for the abs. I have recently heard about corset/waist training. I am thinking about trying it to lose a inch or two in my waist.

back in the day there was a rumour that cher had a rib removed....apparently it wasn't true and they said that that wasn't even possible to remove a rib to look slimmer but i don't know.

Oh man, this whole rib removal thing takes me to that scene in Master and Commander when some dude has to take his own ribs out. I can't imagine someone doing that for the sake of beauty. However, thoracic surgery can be necessary with pulmonary infections and such, and under such circumstances, rib removal is performed to create accessibility.

I have personally had great success with:
    a. doing crunches with a medicine ball
    b. lying flat on my back with ankle weights and doing "reverse sit-ups"
    c. having way too much homework to be able to establish regular mealtimes

    Best of Luck!

The thing with corset training is that you have to wear the corset for like 23 hours a day to get a difference. And then you slowly lace it tighter and tighter and tighter. I think the idea is that you want to basically re-organize your internal organs in order to have a tinier waist in the middle. There are definitely a lot of health issues with trying to do this type of thing. This is why Victorian women were considered so weak and dainty because they could barely breath and fainted all the time.

you know when I looked in the mirror this morning I saw a line like that down my tummy and I definitely have some belly fat. It's just the angle she's standing at and yeah, airbrushing!

    ewww look at this!

    http://www.aaronstonemd.com/RibRemoval.shtm

and look how nasty the rest of the woman is? The doctor even has a not that he didn't do the breast surgery. Why did she worry about a freakin rib instead of fixing her breats! And I don't notice a difference with the rib at all.

It is possible to lose inches wearing corsets and waist cinchers without the repercussions of traditional waist training. I have customers who wear my corsets at the club every time they work and they slowly begin to gain more of a waistline. It's not something I recomend specifically to lose inches because strict, traditional, waist training forces the internal organs into dangerous positions.

Take a belly dancing class and incorporate the moves into your routines. Since I've started consciously working my core muscles at work, I'm shocked at the muscle definition I've gained.

There is a specific machine in gyms that give you that line. It's the one where you sit up straight and press your chest against the pad and push the weights from side to side with your upper body and you adjust the degree you want to do. Do you know which machine I'm talking about? - I can't remember the name of it, but if you do it you will see that line.
