I just bought the new boot camp dvd and I was wondering if anyone else had done this and if it worked for them. I am really excited about doing this. I've lost a lot of wieght in the past 4 years from 160 to 120 and now I want to tone up. I've already improved my diet, no more fast food for me. No more soda, water and fresh juice are great. Lots of fruit and fresh veggies, no fried foods or creamed dishes. Low carbs. Everything in moderation. I feel much better diet wise but I need to shape up some.
What is your opinion on Tae Bo?
