So today I had a guy coming in for VIP... The floor waitress is his gal, she introduced us and has waited on us upstairs in the past. Well from now on we have a VIP hostess on Thurs. and Fri., this upset him greatly (that he was unable to have his regular waitress). We almost didn't go upstairs at all. Management threated his gal saying if he didn't go to VIP she was fired. She took him by the hand and lead us upstairs to be waited on by the hostess.
This new hostess had not a clue as to his needs. Neglected to inform him when each hour was up. Pushed him into getting a second bottle of champagne (hello, I'm the only one drinking it, we don't need another!) So now I'm home drunk, with $400 less than expected![]()
WTF happend to customer service! If the guy wants so and so to be his waitress, even though you dumb asses are paying extra for a daytime hostess...Please just make him happy! He's a great customer, takes excellent care of those he likes, Please cut him some slack!That's twice this week that management treated my customers like they were expendable. VIP is a hard sell during the day, show some appreciation to those who do buy!
