I think know what you're talking about but I don't think those are practical because I don't think you'd be able to talk with those in very well. Plus, they are noticably fake looking. I think from a distance, they might look ok, but close up, I don't think they'd look good.
I think you'd honestly be better off getting the real deal done. Many dental offices now offer finance options because they all know most people don't have that kind of money just sitting around. A lot of people are nowing gettting invisalign, it's the newest form of orthodontics (braces). It uses a clear, plastic retainer that goes over your teeth and you put a different one in like every 2 weeks. They have all the different retainers made for you already and all you do is put the next one on your teeth and throw the old one away. The dentist I work for is going to start doing that and I'm thinking of having it done. It's all made through a computer and so it's supposed to be better than the metal bracket type. Sorry to get off subject, just wanted to inform anyone of another option if they were interested because sometimes it's better to just straighten and then whiten your teeth instead of putting a crown of veneer on healthy, virgin teeth because you'll have to have crowns or veneers redone every so often for the rest of your life.
I have to say, having teeth that you are confident with makes all the difference and is just as important as having breasts you feel comfortable with or any body part. Having your teeth cosmetically done is do different, IMO, than having BA because it's a means of boosting your self confidence and body image. Many people who aren't happy with their smile don't realize how little they smile until after they have their teeth done. I can't tell you how many of my patients lives have been changed just by having their teeth done.![]()
