    Default muscles

So I guess I have the special ability to grow muscles easily?

I was on the varsity swim team in high school (stopped after my Junior year and am now 24) and after that I waitressed on and off throughout college. Since I've started dancing in October my muscles have completely bursted out again. I often get compliments from customers about how toned I am/ athletic looking. But at the same time too, its kind of weird for me. I'm 5'2" (110 lbs) and have not put any effort into my my muscles for years, but they are still there (I have very broad defined shoulders and crazy manly quads). The only exercise I currently get really is dancing at this point.

Does anyone else have this type of body? Or develop muscle very easily? Relate to being a macho looking woman w/o trying?

I was in competition body building in high school and still have the bulk I had then.It only takes a little bit of activity to produce more muscle mass for me.I get compliments all the time too.I'm 5'6" and 150 lbs. and look nothing like it.Consider this a serious blessing.

i played competative soccer for 7 years and even after a few years of sitting on my ass they were still pretty solid. after my first few weeks of dancing my legs went right back to being just as toned as they were when i was running 3 miles a day and working out.

i could crush a man with my calves

Yep. Once you've done it, your body remembers it.

Gymnast since age 3. My muscles (esp my legs) are killer. I want to try to make everything look more soft and girlish, but at the same time, I want to get back into gymnastics (2012 olympics would be nice).

Gymnastics, volleyball, cheerleading, and track in high school here. I got a little mushy before the kids. After having the kids (lifting them) some wieght training, and dancing its all come back plus some. A year ago I didnt want a lot of definition and tried to limit what I did (yea that worked!) but now that I'm getting great definition I like it. I get a lot of compliments from customers and those I work with. One of the bartenders here was Mr. Fitness Iowa or something years ago and the bouncer used to train wieghtlifters. Another guy I work with is a former marine but a current body builder and all of them say for having 5 kids I look damn good.

Now I'm sorry compliments from a customer are one thing. They say anything. Compliments from those I work with and deal with on a daily basis mean more to me. My fiance compliments me all the time but I tell him he has to or I'll kick his a$$. I know he means them though.

Yeah, my arms and back especially from all my years on the farm (back in the day I looked like a boy with my skinny frame, hair in a baseball cap, and manly biceps hucking hay bales)...

I started doing yoga a bit and of course the dancing this year and pow- I look cut! haha. I get the remark "you must work out" all the time too. And really I hardly do. I was wondering why the muscle definition mysteriously returned...

I was skinny growing up, but Dance team and volleyball in high school showed me how athletic I really was. I can get pretty good muscles without looking freaky, which I consider myself lucky for.

I still workout and lift religiously, it helps corner the market for guys who like athletic girls, and I feel good, too.

I've been playing softball since I was 5. I play year-round, and in highschool I paired it with the track team (throwing events), and heavy weight lifting. I also had Leukemia when I was younger and was treated with Chemotherapy, which is accompanied with a steroid. I've always been able to build muscle very quickly. It's a blessing for me because no other chick I know of can hit a softball over the 225 center-field fence light posts. It's good to be different.
