Default how to tell custys dance prices?

At my club dances are $20 or $30 but the guy has to buy a $5 wristband the first time he gets a dance only. I switch back and forth from just saying the dance prices are $25 or $35 (which isn't really true if they get more than one dance and I don't want them to think I am overchanging them) to explaining the wristband which is confusing becuase it is hard to hear in my club. Several times this issue has lost me dances because the guys think I am trying to scam them (which I'm not), they are confused, or they don't want to pay the club more $.

What is a good way to say the dance prices that sounds smooth and confident, is not too long and talky, and is not misleading? Thank you so much for any advice!

First of all, what moron manager came up with this idiotic system? It sounds to me like he's never worked in sales a day in his life. Okay, here is what you say...

"Our dances are $25 or $35 depending on what you would be interested in. I'll tell you what though, any additional dances after the first one and I'll drop $5.00 off of each of them. Now that's a deal you just can't pass up!"

wrist bands??????? omg, what kind of jackass do you work for? LOL

Anyway, I like DW's idea - give them an option to pay less, but kind of play up the benefits of what a better deal and dance they are getting if they can spare another ten bucks.

That must be Larry Flynt's Hustler Club. The one time I was there and the dancer that I was about to receive a PD from told me about the $5 wrist band all I could say was "huh?" I'ts not a big deal but it is strange.

Jenna78 is right though, it is hard to hear in there and it does sound like the dancer is trying to scam a few extra bucks.

uh, i work in a club where the wristband fee is 20 before a guy gets any dances at all. we just mention it upfront and it doesn't affect the sales. either guys are local and know how it works already or they are not, and it's just about explaining that the 20 dollars is 'fully private VIP access ALL NIGHT LONG BABY'. that seems to do it, generally.

I don't understand the concept of the wrist bands. Is it for another area to get dances in or just on the floor?

I worked at a club that had a different nicer area that you could get the guy in that cost an additional $5 over the $20 cover and he received a ticket to come and go as he pleased in that area for the rest of the night. In that area the dances were $20 and you could go hourly with him for $250 or try to get him in a room for even more. It had couches nstead of tables and chairs and was less crowded, you could always find your whales ad wanna be whales in this area. If he stayed on the main floor the dances were $10 and were done at his table.

Is that the same concept for the bands?

in my club the only places you can receive dances as a customer are in areas that are controlled-access (i.e., you the customer buy the wristband so you're allowed to go back there with a dancer and get dances). but the wristband fee is a one-time only fee. you don't keep paying it if you get dances from 4 different girls, as an example.

no wristband, no access to vip (dance) rooms/areas is how things work, so explaining it to customers is easy and also a good way to filter out who's got money they wish to spend from posers/cheapos.

DW that's a good line. And yes, that seems like a really quierky way of going about things. I would use DW's line.

I was thinkin' maybe the wristbands also set the que for "ladies this guy has gotten a dance- hit him up" maybe, I dunno.
