    Default Podiatrist...

Okay I wrote this before but StripperWeb ate it.

My feet have been KILLING me from working 50+ hours a week (and we're not allowed to relax in the back. ). I was in so much pain one day that I started crying and almost went to the emergency room. It's normally the tops of my feet.

Should I see a podiatrist? What can they do to help?

    Also...

My boyfriend was rubbing my legs when he got to my knees and OWOWOWOWOW... both my knees hurt TERRIBLY in the same spot.

What can I do besides take a break to fix my broken body?

YOu could try tigers balm. I love it. I have arthritus in my back and I use it for that. but it can be used for sore muscles too. Other than that, take it easy at work. There is no reason to kill yourself. YOu could also try a hot bath after work with epson(sp) salt or other bath beads made for sore muscles. Hope you feel better...

Oh yeah also, try a different type of shoe for work. I noticed that one particulare type makes my feet hurt worse than others

are you switching your shoes up halfway through your shift? Since you don't get to relax like the rest of us, you might consider switching between three types of shoes through the night.
