Default getting stockings to stay up?

ok, so where i work there's girls who can get regular (not sticky on the inside) stockings to stay up. me, no, i'm miss spider legs. i have a garter belt but dont always want to have to wear it. anything i can do so my stockings stay up and don't look like wrinkled at the ankles gym socks?

i've tried items with a rubber band in them, like in thicker stockings- they slide. i have used rubber cement on the insides with no good results.

    tips please, ladies!

The $5 thigh highs from Wal-Mart have never slid down on me.

Maybe you could try the one piece garter belt stockings, the kind with the strip of lace that connects the two.

How bout trying bikini tape? I think that's what it's called. Double sided sticky tape. Lot's of girls use these to keep their bikini in place. So, I don't see why that wouldn't work with stockings. Could be wrong. Just a thought.
