    Default Bible Stripper

I caught the end of the Bill O reailly factor. He had interviewed a former stripper. This former stripper goes into the clubs and preaches to girls about the lifestyle and how to reform. Anyone seen this? Any thoughts on it? I only caught the end so i am not sure of the details. What would you ladies do if she came into your club and preached to ya? Better yet...has this actually happened to anyone?

Actually, there is a fitness girl who is quite well known in the fitness industry as TJ, out of respect for her I won't say her entire name. I knew her when she started out as a nude dancer to support herself because fitness shows and competitions don't pay shit unless you get endorsements or become a trainer.

She stripped for a long time and it didn't hurt her career at all when she began to become known in the fitness world. I saw her at this gym when I lived in the Bay Area and I was surprised to see she had become a born again Christian and that she found stripping to be repulsive and sinful. I think it's okay to become a born again but let's get real, it's somewhat hypocritical when the very job that helped you reach the top of another industry financially is the one you condemn so hotly because of a guy named Jesus.

I didn't push the matter because it was clear that if she knew what I had chosen to do NOW she'd throw the Bible at me, and I'm not kidding.

    The wesbsite is www.jcsgirls.com
I agree that it is hypocritical to condemn a job that puts you to the top. With this website, i am actually not sure what the true motives are. Alot of it seems commercialized...but i can kind of see some value. It says on website that they simply want to send a message and do not want to ask girls to leave the jobs. Basically, they want strippers to know they are accepted at a church. im not sure if there are congregation gatherings for strippers?I can not really understand ,personally, how a woman would not know they are accepted. This is simply because i still consider myself a stripper, good person, and catholic(although i do not practice all the rituals) I just never felt that i was judged religiously by that. I could understand though how other women may feel this way. And see how the job can cause negative esteem issues in ladies, and make them feel as though they are not welcomed. I just am not one of those types of girls.Regardless of the religion, have any of you ladies ever felt that you job deviated you from your faith? Or does it have no effect?

I'm a lapsed Catholic after having endured many years of Catholic school. I may be a nun yet, but that order will be the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence.

It has an effect however my 'spirituality' isn't tarnished due to this line of work. It actually supports it very much even if I was a prostitute! No kidding. My spirituality isn't about 'what I do for a living' as it is more about how I live my life in general.

As for these evangalical strippers (or ex strippers as the case usually is)... they forget that the majority of churches are very judgemental amongst themselves (the congregation at the very least). As a friend said to me once - There is Christianity and Church-ianity.

From what I've seen...and this is coming from a former "Jeebus freak" and someone who lives deep in the Bible Belt...this isn't the norm. Well, not openly...anything "evil/bad/sin-ish" is done in secret.

Well, maybe they're a little more liberal than the freaks...I mean...religious people...that live here.

To me, the truest faith lies in one's heart and intentions. After having it drilled in my head for years with Catholicism, I turned to study other religions, and decided the one I enjoyed was the goddess mythology.

And what are we, if not all goddesses, up there on stage?
