    Default lap dance leg cramps

Do you find that your upper leg muscles get really sore and tired being in the 'grind' position for a while?
Lately, I've been having cramps or weird pains in my thigh muscles, especially when the customer wants to see more of my ass. I don't want to seem like a jerk, but I have to keep turning around and doing different things so that my legs don't give out. And then I think he gets disappointed, because most of my custys want to see me do this specific ass shake move that is like my signature. I just get too tired!
    Is this normal?

I usually NEEDED to turn and shove my ass in his face in order to get a break! If I was on his lap facing him for too long, I'd end up getting such a bad cramp I couldn't get off of the guy at the end of the song!! Try to stand for a few moves.......or even better, get a regular to give you a thigh massage. I swear, I had one regular that gave the BEST massages!!!! FOR FREE!!!!

Oh, hell, yes. I would get to the point where I would support myself with my arms on his chair because my thighs would get so tired, especially the first couple of days back in a lap (as opposed to table) dance club. Just work through it. That pain is the feeling of earning money!

I know exactly what your talking about. It may be kind of tacky, but I take of my shoes and put on flip-flops now for lapdance (cute flip-flops). It makes it a bit easier, especially since I work in a heavy grinding club so I spend almost a whole dance in that position and lapdances in my club are 10minutes (I know, it sucks).

Where I get bad leg cramps is from being onstage for some reason, because I just feel I am up there in the most unnatural positions and moving slowly...man, it's a real workout. I have to take off my shoes when I do lapdances ( I don't have ankle strap shoes yet, though I just ordered a pair). I wonder what I'll look like a few years from now...a hunchback???? LOL???

good point- i try to keep a big bottle of water in the dressing room every day to sip on when i take breaks, but i forget that the occasional alcohol i drink will dehydrate me too.
