OK, who has pointers on certain exercises that'll tone up your ass and thighs??? I can't for the life of me get that area toned up either (even tho I run on the treadmill and junk) I've tried the kick backs with weights, I've tried the reverse leg extend (where you pull the weights down with your calves, but you're using your glutes and thigh muscles on the under side) and lemme see, oh I've done leg presses. Anyone else have any other suggestions???
