Sorry bout posting so much, but I'm tryin to get myself back into shape for summertime and it's fast approaching. Currently I am SO tired all the time! I feel like I never have any energy to wanna go workout. Anyone else ever feel like that? (Don't get me wrong, I've been getting enough sleep (6-8 hours a night) taking daily multi-vitamins, I HAVE to take iron because I WAS anemic, and I have to keep takin it cuz I drink on occasion, which depletes me, and I eat pretty damn healthy!) I feel like I'm doing all the RIGHT things, so how come I'm always feeling lethargic? (OH and when I was diagnosed with anemia they tested my thyroid so I know it's not that either) UGH!!! I can't get motivated for ANYTHING!!!!
