If you are squishy in the tummy, then, yes, it's likely that you won't be hired as a stripper. Cruel, but just the facts. Do not concentrate on *pounds*, however -- just work on shape. Go to the gym, do crunches until you're sore (then do a backbend to stretch your abs), then train every muscle you can think of. :-) Cardio + weight training works generally better than cardio alone, muscle mass improves your base metabolism . . .
