Is there a club review site that is as heavily populated and as heavily posted upon as the SCL? I wanna know where you go for Info...

No, but the following one has some actual reviews and not a comments board infiltrated by losers hiding behind anonymous usernames. (Actually come to think of it, TUSCL does have a crappy comments board, but at least its separate from the reviews).Originally Posted by Sophia_Starina

The downside is you do have to pay or submit reviews to get the full review info, and the 1-10 rating system is a joke.
But with respect to SCL, I'm not sure heavily populated and heavily posted on is such a good thing.

There's tuscl.com but you need to post a review to get in (or pay, but I can't believe there's anyone that would pay!).
SC List is just utter crap. I know from the 3 clubs that I attend frequently that what's said on SC List seems to bear no relationship to reality. It's just crap.
tuscl.com may not be much more accurate, but it doesn't have the same level of whining and personal attacks.

I learned a long time ago there's no sense getting all riled up every time a bunch of idiots give you a hard time. In the end, the universe tends to unfold as it should. Plus I have a really large penis. That keeps me happy.

For the greater LA/OC area, I go to zbone.com (and l also post there occasionally). It's a good site, but some club reviews are REALLY old. The Reader Review board can be very entertaining, tho.
I'm sure that there are plenty of other SC sites out there for specific cities/states, especially the larger urban areas. Whether or not they are of any real value is the better question.
aspd.com is huge in texas, good read if you really want to feel like a piece of shit and have another reason to hate men. Also, excellent place for free marketing.

Oh, but the whining and personal attacks are what make the message boards there such fun. Seriously, tuscl is your best bet for smaller, rural states like mine. The biggest drawback is that reviews are often very outdated. Keeping that in mind, look for clubs with several reviews that are fairly recent if you want more accuracy. But as always with any adult review site; “It’s buyer beware” and “You’re mileage will vary.”Originally Posted by stitch132

Zbone is practically non existent in the Boston area except for a bit of activity in the escort department. TUSCL has reviews and some credibility, SCL has none. I love em' all but then again I've never been able to walk away from a good pissing contest. A few days of reading SCL would make any dancer re-think her career choices.
Reality is here on SCJ!![]()
Ditto. And the info a custy gets here (especially newbies) is worth a lot more than the blather from either SCL or TUSCL. Yeah presumably dancer X in club Y provides Z mileage but there is more to the story. Here you can get insight on what is necessary to develop the proper 'tude which is more important if you are planning a long term Junkie career.Originally Posted by yoda57us

I didn't come here to get an education since I'm way too jaded to be a newbie. What I do get here is confirmation of what I've determined over the years works and doesn't work both for me and for the type of dancers I prefer. TUSCL and SCL are savage amusement but this is the real deal. Coincidentaly, this is a moderated forum and the other two are not.![]()

I like TUSCL.com a lot. I think I have like 27 reviews there and another 4-5 still being written. Like all of my authorings, they are overly long and have too much detail
I also think that you should keep in mind that MOST of the people who write there are mileage hounds. BIG time. How else does Playhouse in Burlington, NJ rank among the top 10? If you read between the lines, you can find the right info. If you are looking for mileage, just check the club rank. If you want a nice place to take some clients, look for complaints about expense in the reviews. If you want a nice party atmosphere, look for complaints about it being too crowded or busy for dances.
As long as you learn to read the mileage hounds whining, you can get a lot of good info from the site. I really like it.

"See, believe it or not (and I don't care whether you do), it's never been about the sex. I get sex at home, anytime, and we like it, and it's good for both of us. No, my stripclub experience has been about acceptance, and affirmation, and desirability...There have been some women who have a personality that just clicks with mine, and in the faux-sex atmosphere of the club, it's a mix that is completely seductive." - Jay Zeno

I like TUSCL, too, and generally do what GW does to scout the clubs. Also, it usually has the best and most current contact info, and is more weighted towards actual reviews rather than comments. I actually do pay for it but it's very cheap (and if you're a dancer, a deduction).

If there's something I find funny about any of these review sites, its the sheer number of guys will state they went to a club at 2 or 3 on a weekday afternnoon (and esspecially in Vegas), expecting to walk in and see loads of top name talent and walk out disapointed.
In an odd coincidence, some of these same guys will also claim that night shift girls are "pushy" and hustle too much.

^^totally typical ASPD complaints. One guy bitched about the talent during the afternoon at one club, and when I said "That's what you get for going there in the day," he got huffy and insisted the experience should be at the same level. Hee.
That's why you should approach any review site with a great deal of trepidation. So much of the club experience depends on time of day, season, number and type of girls working, whether it’s a week day or weekend, who’s working, which wait staff is there, who’s the owner, what conventions are in town etc., etc., etc….. Indeed the variations can be almost infinite. Also take into account the reviewers’ own predilections, because a hardcore raincoater is obviously looking for a different type of experience than a white knight.Originally Posted by Susan Wayward

ASPD is for reviews of escorts, massage parlors etc. Stripclubs are barely touched on in most all locations it covers. That is not it's purpose; if clubs or dancers are discussed at all it is normally about if one can get a blowjob or takeout from a club. If you don't want that info, then don't go there.
I loved going to strip clubs; I actually made some friends there. Now things are different for the clubs and for me. As a result I am not as happy.
Customers are not entitled to grope, disrespect, or rob strippers. This is their job, not their hobby, and they all need income. Clubs are not just some erotic show for guys to view while drinking.
