I moved into this girl's apartment at the beginning of March. She has a very tiny 2bdrm apartment (it's really a converted one bedroom), and I'm renting the master bedroom for $600/month. Just me and her, right? Suddenly, her mom is moving in with us and staying in her bedroom. Her mom doesn't speak a word of English (the girl barely speaks it herself), but she's very sweet and I speak enough Spanish to get by. Fine, I can handle that. But next thing you know, the girl says to me, "My father is coming to visit." Well, that's the same thing you said about your mom, and she's living here now, so how long is the father staying? I should've asked her, but I didn't. So now, the father is here (been here for about a week) and I am so uncomfortable.
The place is a cluttered mess now with all his stuff in the kitchen/living room area. The man is at the house all day long. I am so uncomfortable living with a grown strange man. If it were her brother, I'd be ok with that b/c he's our age, but I don't trust older men like that. And to top things off, the guy leaves the toilet seat up. I CAN'T STAND THAT!!!
There are so many people in this damn house that I can never use the bathroom. I'm sitting here, right now, looking around my room for a bucket b/c I have to pee so bad. I might just have to walk up to the McDonald's (and I hate using public bathrooms). I'm so uncomfortable that I don't even want to take a shower. I like to do that in the afternoon when nobody's here, but he's here all day. If I had a car, I would drive up to my mom's house (almost 2hrs. away) just to take a shower. My bf is out of town, so I can't shower at his place (nor can I stay with him b/c he lives in a college dorm). I'm supposed to babysit my niece today, maybe I'll shower at my sister's place.
Why does it have to be like this? I can never find a decent place to live where I'm happy. So now, I'm searching for a new place, again. I move like every 6 months, and being that I'm in school, I need stability.
