Default Need a change for my hair

I have straight, thin, layered hair with the shortest layers chin length and the longest shoulder length. I'm not looking for natural. More over the top like the girl in this pic http://www.melkweg.nl/mmbase/images/6683 (the one holding the stand-up bass) What would you recommend? What are my options besides a wig?

She either has a wig or extensions. I would recommend extensions. I have layered hair as well and had extensions a while back. They can fill in the where the layers have been cut short and make the hair all one length and add more fullness. If you want hair like that with extensions though be prepared to spend some dough.

    Extensions, definitely.

That looks awesome though. Post pics when/if you get that done!

If you are just wanting some crazy color.. do that and it will most likely satisfy you until your hair grows out if you're not able to do extensions right now. If you backcomb the top of your head in small sections you can get lots of volume. Hold a section of hair up, then starting from about an inch away from your scalp use a fine tooth comb, put it in the hair and push down, then go about an inch above that and use the comb to push it down again.... do that a couple times, use hairspary to keep it there. if you do a few of those sections one on top of the other you'll get tons of volume and it will give your hair a different look.... When your done doing that all over the top of your head, place your fingers on your crown and just push up to pump it a little, spray some more hair spray... done right this looks really sexy....

I hope I helped lol. Thats about all I can tell you...for color if I saw pics of you I could for sure tell you something crazy to do with it! I'm going to school for this and just got done with coloring class (who's number one? Thats Me )

Yup, that's exactly what I was thinking. Just get you a fall/ponytail.

    Are you talking about Patricia?

What exactly do you like about her hair the style or the fullness? Because I think that's all hers and she just cuts her bangs ("betty" bangs) http://www.goth.net/~blood_rose/article011231-01.html.

If you have med length, straight hair, the only thing I would suggest is pretty much what everyone else has and say that you should get extensions.
