    Default Beauty Treatment Times

I'm in the process of setting up some appointments before the wedding.

How long before the date should I:

    1. Have Restalyne injected into my nasal folds?
    2. Get a facial where they suck the junk outta my pores?
    3. Leg and bikini waxing. (don't feel like shaving on my honeymoon)

I have never done any of the above procedures. I know there's research on this but I thought I'd get a better sampling from you gals. Thanks in advance.

I've never done the first 2, so I don't know about those, but when I get a bikini wax I make sure I don't have to work for about 3 days after to give the redness time to go away. I have very pale, sensitive skin, so it stays red and bumpy for about 2 or 3 days.
Take the road less traveled- just make sure you have a map.

At least three weeks for the Restalyne
about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks for the facial
and three days for the waxing

but ask the professionals first. that is just the way I did it!

I would suggest having a "trial" facial a couple of months ahead of time to see how you react to it. That way, if you have a bad reaction, your skin will have time to recover.

    Thanks ladies. BoxingDoc, that's a good idea, I'll make pre-appointments, I guess.

    1. Make the restalyne appoint <at least> a week before. Sometimes the needle injections leave a bruise and it takes a week for it to go away. I say 2-3 weeks before the big day is a good estimate, with a nice safe time-cushion.

2, and 3 I dunno. Never done those.

I suggest waxing soon and then keep going, the first time is usually the worst. And for my sensitive skin I need almost a week to heal after waxing. So for me, no closer than 4-5 days from when I need to be ready

I would say 2+ weeks before for the facial. Whenever I have a facial I break out for about a week after and then my skin is clear. That will give your skin enough time to clear up and for any redness to go away.

Good luck with everything and best wishes on your upcoming wedding!
