    I need a fast, kick ass toning work out!

    Hey ladies! I was wondering if any of you can give me a FAST toning work out. Mainly for the tummy area, legs, and butt. (Mostly tummy and butt ) I just had my second baby a month ago and I lost ALL my weight but i'm still flabby and weak. I want to start dancing as soon as possible so I need a work out thats gonna kick my ass and tone me up and give me some endurance too for the first nights i'm gonna sore as hell! Any help at all will be really appreciated! Thanks a bunch!

    One of my girlfriends from work started a "boot camp" style workout at the LA Gym or Eqinox, or some other big name establishment, complete with ex-military drill instructor. Within 2 workouts I could see a difference. She now goes 3-4 times a week and look FANTASTIC, even though she was already normal weight and in good shape from dancing before. So much more defined and firm. The class lasts about an hour and while it killed her during the first two workouts she now loves them to death and is hooked. Boot camps are offered in almost every major city, so look around on the net to see what is available in your area. Each sesson is about $20. Good luck!

    pilaties will definatly help tighten the mid section quickly, especially if you do it everyday. but to get rid of any fat, you'll need some cardio

    I have had great results with Tae Bo. Use the balance (exercise) ball for abs, all fitness instructors say it is the best. I had lipo on my abs a few years ago, I am going to have my thighs done next.
    It is a great way to get the results you want in combination with exercise.

    Sprints on stairs @ maximum intensity
    Pushups
    Chinups
    Lunges - with weight uphill if your butt is already strong

    Don't laugh, but the first Cindy Crawford workout dvd always gets me into shape within 5 workouts. I always use it for 2 weeks before any major event. Her second dvd is pretty lame however...

    Also, if you eliminate or reduce carbs for 2 weeks, you'll be amazed at the results!
