Hey ladies! I was wondering if any of you can give me a FAST toning work out. Mainly for the tummy area, legs, and butt. (Mostly tummy and butt) I just had my second baby a month ago and I lost ALL my weight but i'm still flabby and weak. I want to start dancing as soon as possible so I need a work out thats gonna kick my ass and tone me up and give me some endurance too for the first nights i'm gonna sore as hell! Any help at all will be really appreciated! Thanks a bunch!
