alot of people said that probably just by dancing alone ill end up toning up and losing some fat, but how much of a difference should i expect. im not fat by any means at all but im not at my best either. im wondering if i should join a gym or not, cause i dont do any exercising right now. i just eat well. if i work enough i can probably shed some poundage right?

As in you actually move around insted of just walking. Stage work helps tone you a lot. As well as pole work(which comes with time).
planet fitness is having a deal for 10 bucks a month. too bad they dont do those s factor classes. are other girls usually pretty good about training new girls? i know its different between clubs, but im sure some things are the same.
