I recently decided to try a new club in my area called Tootsies to add some variety to my work schedule. My home club, Hotties, recently took me on as a bartender (I also strip there) so I thought it would be cool to bartend/strip at one club and strip only at another (just so I don't get bored).
Anyways I really like the new club Tootsies. The money is good, the club looks great, staff is cool, customers are decent, etc. However here's the problem:
My 3rd night working I wound up getting really drunk, which is rare for me, and when the main manager, "A", told me I couldn't drive myself home, I yelled at him in front of the owner (I didn't mean to do this).
The next time I worked, I apologized to the assistant manager who hired me,"D", and he said that it wasn't a big deal. The the time after that, when I worked I apologized to the main manager and explained it wouldn't happen again. He went on and on so I apologized again - he basicly walked away.
Now ever since then, no matter what I do when I work his shift, it's wrong and I'm tired of it. Yes, I fucked up that one day but other than that I'm a good and responsible dancer. Further more I remade my schedule with the assistant manager last sunday for last work week and I worke the new schedule BUT yesterday the manager, "A" fined me and said I didn't show up. I explained that I remade my schedule but he didn't listen.
I feel as though this Manager,"A", has a serious problem with me and is trying to intimidate me to not work there. What's even worse is that he loves to proclaim himself as being "oh so cool", but I think he doesn't like me also because he knew from day one that I thought he was a dork.
Oh, and to top it off, he seems to have a certain clique of girls who if you cross, will run right over to him and tell on you. This hasn't happened to me yet, but I've been told this and have seen it when it comes to other dancers.
What should I do? I love this club and the other manager is great, but this guy "A" is weird.
