    Exclamation Morning Shift

Ever since my husband got arrested I have been forced (because of the hours he calls and his visition times) to work the 5am to 1 pm shift at my club, I am looseing over 300 dollars a shift working mornings and not to mention that I hate getting up early and always fall asleep in the dressing room, has anyone else had this kind of problems on days?

wow that sucks! is your club open 24hours or something? theyre really crappy hours, i cant imagine any one coming in at that time, except maybe lunchtime for business....
oh... i just saw you're in vegas, i suppose that would explain the wierd hours.

maybe it'll just take awhile for your body clock to adjust again. the same way it had to when you first started working nights,
good luck sweetie, sorry i'm no help/

Why don't you just work the night shifts and make a time/day when he can call and not work that day?

You have bills to pay and need to make a living. Sorry he got arrested, but you have to do what is best for you...even if that means missing a call or two from him.

    That's just MHO.

I totally agree with this. You have a responsibility--even more so now--to handle your bills and household expenses. Your husband getting arrested should be even more of a reason to work the prime money making hours. Hey, if he weren't in jail you'd be working those hours, right?

I hope everything works out for the best. I was in a similar situation years ago, and it's so hard being on the "outside" and still trying to balance a normal life...

I work day time shift sometimes if I had a good past couple weeks or if I just wanna take it easy. But the money is a HUGE difference. I prefer 10-12 shift better than nething.
