    keeping your clothes on

A customer told me he liked me best because I keep my clothes on more than other girls. He said it makes him want dances from me b/c he hasn't seen everything I have to offer already. He compared it to christmas, and why it's more fun getting presents b/c you have to unwrap them. Anyone else have any thoughts?

That's one thing we were taught in the Dancer Wealth seminar. If you show too much too soon, the guys have nothing else to keep them going.

I don't take my panties off unless specifically asked. Sometimes they ask immediately and sometimes they never do. 2+ hours with men and no pussy show.

I've had a guy tell me to keep my panties on before during lap dances because he didnt care about what was down there lol. He was young though, I think he thought I was really into him since I kept staring at him. But I agree with morrigan, I make sure there going to be good tippers if they wanna see the coochie lol. Doesn't really matter to me but the longer you keep it on, the more money you'll probably make. The sooner you take it off the sooner they wanna see something new, which means a new dancer and no more money for you.

great topic, I pretty much agree with everyone here on leaving some things left to the imagination. I've heard a lot of guys tell me that is why they don't even go to nude clubs. I remember I used to wear an executive type costume which didnt show much but was it very popular. I also remember this chick who never took her bra off, it was soo weird. In the whole year that I worked with her, I never saw her tits.

oh & another thing I don't wear booty shorts, see-thru outfits, or anything else that would reveal too much, otherwise, (like my b/f says) the guys are just getting a free show.

98% of the girls at my club wear booty shorts, bikini tops, and leg warmers BARF! I cant' stand it. I do have 1 see though outfit..it's a one piece, all red. It goes off the shoulders it's sooooooooo cute, and I do very well in it. But trust me, I cover alot more than the other girls.

I've had customers tell me they like the way I dress versus the other girls too. My persona can't pull off the bubble gum, blue eyed, blonde, booty shorts wearer...I have to wear sexy dresses/gowns.

We dont have to get naked on stage, so I ALWAYS sell that as a feature of a private dance, "full nude" and one-on-one.

A lot of girls DO get naked on stage.

One used to completely strip before the end of the first song(literally 30seconds in) guys would watch for a bit, then get a dance from someone else.

I dont and my moneys great (im always in the top 3 earners, usually Im number one or two) and I sell plenty of dances that way!

Interesting topic, but I seem to have the opposite experience. I do actually like to strip on stage as part of my show, but since guys in this area more or less refuse to tip until the nipples are showing, I almost never get tipped during my first song. The girls who come out and peel out of everything right away make more on stage.

I also seem to sell more dances at my new club when I DO wear booty shorts or barely there/transparent outfits, versus the short dresses that were normal at my old club. The crowd at the new place is younger and drunker, and I think they like to see someone who "looks like a stripper."

I'm not crazy about dressing like this -- I prefer dresses, gowns, or nice lingerie -- but it seems to get better results.

I agree that I don't do as well in booty shorts, but I don't do well in gowns either. I've got a very young look, so skirt sets (that are short, but definitely ass covering) with midriff showing- these are my goldmine outfits. They leave enough to the imagination, but still suit my type.

As for stripping while dancing, sometimes they really demand I get naked ASAP. In which case, it's hard to say no since it's a nude club. But otherwise, I don't take it all off until song three-ish. I guess I could try waiting longer, but generally I can keep them for five-six songs with the pattern I have if they're willing to spend more than one song anyway.

I work at a nude club, so I have to dance naked for the third song, but I always dance the whole first song with my costume on, then topless for the second. I wear everything from tanks and boyshorts to gowns, depending on my mood and the customers at the club that night.
I don't like it when girls just jump on stage and take everything off right away, and when guys get sassy about the fact that I don't do it, I tell them that it's called a stripping for a reason... Then they usually laugh, and all is well.
For our dances, we can do them nude or topless, and I always do them topless unless otherwise requested. And, I take off my clothes slowly, rather than just getting naked right away.

At my club we make the majority of our money on stage, and I've noticed that many guys don't come up to the stage to tip until the dancer is totally nude. Many of the girls at my club will get naked on the second song (in a 3 or 4 song set) because that's when the customers will come sit at the stage to tip. We try to get them up there as soon as possible so we can get more tips from them. If it is really slow, then I will stay dressed for a little longer, but if it's busy, I get naked sooner to draw the customers to the stage.
Take the road less traveled- just make sure you have a map.

Just for shits and giggles, last night I wore a thick red cocktail dress with a hemline well below the knee. It had a V-neck that showed some cleavage but overall it was a very conservative dress, especially for the strip club. It was an incredibly slow night and hardly anyone sold any dances at all, but I did very well considering how slow it was. I definitely stood out.

I also had some guys at a topless club not too long ago who were thrilled that I was wearing full panties instead of a G-string. They went on and on about how sexy it was and such a nice change.

Personally, when I go out I prefer a topless club to a nude club too. The gyno show doesn't do anything for me. I find a woman in a sexy outfit to be much more of a turn-on than one who is simply naked.

I resent that! Thats my #1 outfit (on 80s night) with a side ponytail and a headwarmer (under my bangs) Shit you not! hahaha... and I dance to "Im a maniac" and do the little run in place thing on stage...

    I love my leg warmers...

Yea - I take my top off the last maybe 20-30 seconds of my set... and lapdances are fully clothed. I swear I make more money than at any nude club Ive ever worked at.

I think different outfits work better for different people. I work at a topless club, not full nude. but I'd be lost w/o my booty shorts!

i always do the peek-a-boo on stage. my club is full nude so by the nude part of my set i dance with my thong half off (like on one cheek only or pull down slightly to bend over then pull it right back up) guys go nuts cuz they didn't get a good look at it so they get up to tip me to see the whole thing. i also do pole tricks so leaving it on is good for me. i usually single out one table and dance infront of them for a second and move my thong over but still be covered with my hand or slowly expose myself then cove rit up, wink, then giggle and dance over to another part of the stage. i get great stage tips because i'm always smiling and showing just enough for them to want to tip to see the rest, but i never let them see it long enough to point out my freckles. i leave that to dances.

what about when you are doing the dances? I've always wondered about that. I tend to get naked right away because I get scared that if I take too long the guy is going to get pissed off and feel that he paid for nothing, but on the other hand I totally see how waiting until let's say half way into it could make you more money because they haven't seen you long enough.

No, take your time when doing a dance. you're the one running the show. A man likes a tease..some anticipation. I DO NOT immediately take my clothes off. I give tons of eye contact, get really close to custys face, then slowly remove the top and slide it down my shoulders..I make it look so good..I also bite my lips alot. Men ALWAYS buy repeat dances from me. The only ones who dono't are the ones who really could only afford to buy one dance.

My regular local club is an all-nude club. But many of the girls actually don't take off their thongs on stage. Sometimes they will briefly pull it to the side to show a tipping customer. I guess customers have been complaining about this recently. Because the management instituted a new rule where the girls are required to take everything off during their set, no exception. I've heard many of the more shy dancers complaining about the rule. I think it's a good rule, because customers come in to a nude club for a reason, and if they don't get what they were intended to get, then they may not be good tippers and may stop coming to the club. So the ownership suffers. I, myself, can take it or leave it.

I work at an all nude club. If no one is tipping, then I will not be getting fully nude. There is a rule at my club that you must get nude before the end of your set. They don't care when you are naked, just as long as you are naked before the end of the song...alot of girls do that. Sometimes I STILL won't show anything..there are to many men who want to come into the club for a free show. They aren't seeing none of this here!

Well, I am known as an excellent tipper. And I understand why the girls don't wanna show too much especially since I see a bunch of guys just sitting near the stage and they don't tip. That makes me mad because the girls work for tips and if people don't tip, it cuts into their take-home pay. So if there's no $1 bills on stage the girls will just stand at the pole and not even dance...I don't blame them.
