hmmm ok i am 120 lbs and would like to be about 114 with some tone(this weight seems small but unfortunately i am 5"2) by May 25th for a dance show...my plan as of now is drink a gallon of water EVERYDAY(i will buy it by the gallon to make sure) for breakfast i am going to eat raisin bran with skim milk and a peice of fruitor egg whites...lunch i will have either a salad with tuna fish on it or tuna fish on whole wheat bread...and dinner i am going to eat the salad too...or some other types of fish with veggies. If i want a sweet snack i will eat a low fat pudding or yogurt? i use tomatoes on my salad and a small portion of regular ranch dressing...and in the mornings i like to drink a little bit of cold green tea,,,,,,im gonna try to jog/ workout when i can but it is so hard bc my semester is ending and i am swamped! Any suggestions? Maybe start this diet very strictly and then a juice diet the last 3 or 4 days before the show? =/ my problem is i end of eating junk after eating good.
