    Default inspiration for workouts?

    Hey ladies,
I need some visual inspiration for my workouts. I want to print out a photo of someone with a great athletic body. Maybe an actress or athlete. Anyone have any links/ideas? Who would you want to look at everyday and say "I'm gonna work for THAT body"?
Particularly a woman with a really strong upper body. Linda Hamilton or something
    Thanks!

I know it sounds weird, but check out nutrisystem.com

because not only after the afters nice, but they have befores, so you get that mentality, "if she can do it, I can do it."

I do the same thing! I cut out models from Shape and other fitness mags. Other than that I put up pics of alyssa milano, christina augulara, liz hurley, angelina jolie, kate moss, and all the victoria secret models straight from the catalog...

I heard you can do the same thing in reverse with the kitchen. Like search morbidly obese and put it on bad foods like butter and dessert food. It will help you connect these foods with weight gain in a less subtle way.

have you noticed a difference Emily? I just need to tone really, lose some fat. I'm not overweight but to me I am. I also work a lot and hate to cook and am not willing to eat nothing but celery and carrots to lose weight.

I just signed up for their free brochure or whatever and I had to lie about my real weight and ideal weight because they said wanting to be 100 pounds at 5'0" is below the range. they used to tell me that at weight watchers too but I'm a very small petite frame. I do have fat to lose!

well, weight watchers is different because they sell their meetings. So if you have less to lose, you go to less meetings...so they make less money.

But Nutrisystem just sells the food and some food diary crap and you're on your own, so they don't care if you're grossly underweight....you can still do their program.

And yeah, I've lost weight. It's hard not to on 1200 cals per day (I upped it to 1500-1600 because I was starving on it as I'm very phsycially active.)
