Thumbs up social security number and having stripping history on your employment record...

Hello ladies (and gentlemen...I think there are some men on the board),

If you could help me out, that'd be great! much appreciated!

I am planning on stripping in NYC starting this fall.... (I posted another question in another thread...). I am a little concerned about a few things...at upscale clubs, do they require you to provide your social security number, for tax purposes?
If so, would that mean that if a future employer (i.e. if I want to become a nurse....or even with applying to grad schools)were doing a background check on me, they would find out that I had worked at a certain club as a stripper? (unfortunately, people these days can be very judgmental...)? Is it somewhere in your public records somewhere? I'm just worried about this job causing me to get discriminated against later on by future non-adult-industry employers...am I being paranoid, or is it a possibility?
note: I would never put "stripper" on my resume...i'd just leave it out...I might work during the day at a "regular" job...but i'd just leave the other stuff out....
    Any thoughts? Thanks a ton!

It is something to be concerned about. I don't know how the laws are in New York, but in my city you need to get an adult entertainer and buisness license so that all of your information is on file with the city. Also, if you are going to file taxes then you will need to supply information at that time as well. I live in a "right to work" state which means that you can be fired for pretty much any reason that an employer might have. In other words, it's possible but I doubt that any grad school would do a background check.
