hi. i completed my first week dancing and wanted to say thanks to everyone who took the time to respond to my posts. your wisdom prepared me in many ways and i am thankful for having a 'heads up.'
as someone posted earlier, dancing is something you kind of need to 'dive into.' i wasn't sure i could come out of the doorway and perform my first set but i did, and though it didn't go entirely smoothly, it got easier each time. i really enjoy being on stage now and performingthe eighteen minutes (in western canada) can seem like an eternity, but i see it as a cardio workout that is enjoyable
