What are some of your pet peeves that customers (most times unintentionally) commit?
Here's a few of mine. Most of these things, are things that customers do not realize are so annoying, or things that I would view as annoying/insulting more than the average person might:
1.) People who say "No way, you're from Philly? No, where are you really from? Cause you have an accent." Look, I've lived in Philly my whole life except for one semester studying abroad in Australia, I do NOT have an acccent and I AM from Philly and NO I'm NOT some innocent little Swiss Miss country girl from Northern Europe. (I don't get that one as much anymore, but when I first started dancing and was a little shy and didn't have boobs, people mistaked me for being this naive country girl...how infuriating!!)
2.) Black guys(mostly younger ones) who'd say "Ya ever been with a black guy before?". Again, something people mostly only said back when I first started dancing, back when I had a more innocent look and no boobs. Again, implying that I'm too innocent...little did these customers know that I had more sex partners than they'd ever believe lol yeah innocent my ass. Usually I'd respond cockily with "Ya ever have a white pussy ride you?" in the same tone!!
3.) "What's a nice little girl next door type like you doing here?" Again, in words of Britney Spears, I'm not that innocent!! Even when customers mean well by saying this, or intend it as a compliment, I catch myself getting short/curt with them because it annoys me so much. I've probably been with more guys than years these (older) guys have been on this planet, admittedly I've experimented with a good variety of drugs(but not all of them) before, hells I even lived alone in a bad part of North Philly before! Give me credit for my experience, dammit!
4.) The guy who told me I was "too humble to be a dancer." Not only was he being rude(he literally walked away in the middle of a convo he initiated with me, to take some other girl to the couch room; he didn't give me any money), but he was basically saying that I should stick to "regular", much lower-paying jobs instead, just because he thought I was a "nice girl" and a little shy? And why would I WANT to be humble? Humbleness is NOT a trait that is good to have in the stripping industry...humble girls tend to make less money than other girls, they get stepped on all the time by less-humble dancers, etc.
5.) People who say "Where are you from?" I like to be vague about where I live, for security purposes, and so I usually say "Northeast Philly" but don't specify. But what's annoying is when they say "oh, which part?" and then I would kinda blandly, insincerely say in monotone, "Uh, I dunno...Cottman & Roosevelt?" which is one of the best known sections of Northeast Philly. (At the time that I was living in Northeast Philly, I was actually located 5-10mins south of there) I don't want people looking for me around my neighborhood, dammit!!
6.) Guys who keep trying to kiss me, or even worse, stick their fuckin tongue in my ear!!! I don't like the tongue in ear thing from anyone, not even a boyfriend/fuck buddy! And I only like the smothering-kissing thing from a boyfriend/fuck buddy!
