So the deal is, on Monday I'm going in to meet with a guy about a modeling gig, and I'm looking for some awesome moves that will help me prepare my body a bit more. I mean, I have a fast metabolism so I'm in decent shape, but I need to tone up a bit, mainly my thighs and butt area. I know that there is no way that I'll be all toned and kick ass completely by Monday, but I was hoping for some of your favorite moves that will have the greatest impact in the shortest amount of time. ^_^
