    Default Knee Problems

    My knee is going out on me ,from dancing .Any suggestions ,home remedys would be a life saver .I have a home medic magnet knee brace & tigers balm but is not working fast enough ..........................nor is the medicaid office on processing my disability !!

    Well, a bad knee wouldn't qualify you for disability. You'll be required to find another line of work. If you cannot move at all, they may consider, but just for a bad knee...I don't think so.

    But, I have a stretched ligament in my left knee (which causes it to dislocate easily). The only thing that has helped my knees was to do proper squats, leg extensions, etc. Properly building up the muscle to help keep everything in place.

    On a sore knee, you should be icing for the first 24 hours and then using heat. If you dance every night, I would say ice it when you get home and then use heat the next morning before you go into work.

    NO FLOOR WORK on your knees. No crawling on the floors. Get lower heels, if possible.
