Default best scrunching gel or spray?

i love how "scrunching" looks, and its an easy stlye to do on the go. now if only i could find a product that actually hold my hair. most products just make it look all seperated and greasy. maybe i'm not scrunching right. i've tried Garnier Fructis "soft curls", Pantene Pro-V Curling Gel, and John Frieda Dream Curls. has anyone had success with any praticular products? thanks ladies!

Bumble and Bumble grooming creme works really well. But, it doens't really have a "look", just makes the hair esay to handle without doing anything. To make it last longer, you may just want to go with a medium gel. Also, do the products and scrunching when you hair is wet and let it air dry. No machinery!

Maybe try mousse...it's lighter, even coverage throughout the hair and doesn't make it feel stiff and greasy...I have naturally curly hair, but VO5 Curvaceous Curls (in the red can) seems to make them really springy and bouncy.

I have naturally wavy, almost curly, hair. At work I usually straighten it, but when I'm not at work, or if I'm too lazy to style it, I just put a little mousse in it while it's still damp. Just use a little- too much will make it look crispy or greasy once it dries.
Take the road less traveled- just make sure you have a map.

I have two products I can't live without. Loreal Springing Curls mousse and John Frieda Beach Blonde Texturizing spray. The mouse gives more natural curls, but the beach blonde spray smells incredible (like coconuts). Only use one at a time...

I start with wet hair (not damp, but almost dripping wet) and put a generous amount throughout. I then scrunch the roots and section the ends into 6-8 sections. I twist the ends and then let dry naturally. Once it's dry (about 2-3 hours later), I run my hands slightly through the roots to break it up and through the ends to release the curls. Very easy and looks great throughout the day!

Only downside is that you have to wait until your hair is dry to break up the curls. But it does last through the day and I get lots of compliments on it!

    Best wishes!
