    question about Bare Minerals make-up

I'm looking for some new make-up, and am interested in Bare Minerals (ore something like it). What I'm wondering is.....does it cover scars and red spots? I have old acne marks on my chin, and will not leave the house without make-up. I was using Alexis Vogel, until they stopped selling it. I loved that stuff! I heard she was coming out with a new line, but it wasn't the same stuff.

yes, I find it covers those marks quite superbly. Just make sure you buff it well with the kabuki brush.

Thanks, princess. Oh, and one more question.....has anyone ever had this type of make-up to break them out?

Yes. It made my skin itch really bad and I would have these red bumps (very small) on my face. It looked more like an allergic reaction than anything else...but ALL foundations do this to my skin.

If you get the kit from Sephora, you can try it out and see how you like it. If it doesn't work for you, then you can take it back.

yes, I'd recommend getting the starter kit. It gives you everything you need with minimal investment. As long as you're not allergic to the bismuth stuff, you'll find it treats your skin rather nicely. Mineral makeup is an excellent choice for acne prone skin.
