    Default Face lift?

I am interested in getting the new "thread lift" often also referred to as a "feather lift". Just want to lift my jaw/cheek area some (my grandma had jowels, and I look just like her when she was young), and lift brows for balance. I don't want to look stretched or too drastically different, I like my face, just want to steal a few more years of pretty

Has anyone tried this procedure or know someone who has? What do you think of it? I've read a bit about "Bio Ultimate" also and wonder if that would be better, if anyone has info that would be appreciated.

I live in Minnesota, does anyone know of a really good plastic surgeon that does these procedures here? None in my immediate area, but I would be willing to travel.

I actually was just talking to my PS today. And we were talking about the thread lift. I know with him it is around 2500 and is pretty painless and non evasive.

My ps is in indianapolis indiana. does fantastic work and is top rated in the nation. He's a recontructive surgeon more then a plastic.

I am showing the small signs of losing some elasticity in the face. its very minimal but it bugs the fuck out of me. I am going in on the 7th of June for a consult to see if he'll even touch my face lol. Im thinking either a fat filler ( which I want more taunt though. ) or the thread ...just a wee bit of one.

I know that the thread lasts 5 years.

    is my docs website.

They've been doing this procedure in europe for many years. It's very popular and not overly expensive.I don't know how it's done in the US,but when I talked to a PS in Moscow, she told me that they use golden or platinum threads for the procedure and place them vertically and diagonally under the skin.OTOH one PS in NYC told me that if you get that done that it might interfere with getting a full face lift later.

It's best just to talk to a certified PS about it.
